All-purpose nipple ointment (APNO) is a term used for a recipe of an ointment created by Dr Jack Newman and used by breastfeeding mothers.
Often mothers with sore nipples do not have time to try out different treatments that may or may not work, so for most effective and convenient treatment we recommend APNO which is the combination of various treatments in one ointment.
APNO has triple properties: antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory effects and contains ingredients that help deal with several causes or aggravating factors of sore nipples.

It is recommended to apply it sparingly after each feeding. Do not wash it off or wipe it off, between breast feeding.
